Aylesbury parkrun is a free, weekly 5km timed run or walk that takes place every Saturday at 9:00am. The event is open to people of all ages and abilities and is held on paths and open space near the Quarrendon & Meadowcroft Community Centre in Aylesbury. Participants can run, jog, or walk the course, and the event is organised by volunteers as part of the global parkrun community.
