Restart a Heart Campaign - 13th & 14th October - FREE sessions

Join us for a FREE 30 minute session to learn CPR and Safe Defibrillation to help improve survival rates of cardiac arrest in our local community. We are running sessions over 2 days on Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th October and would like to invite our local community to attend. The sessions will be a maximum of 30 minutes long with multiple sessions running between 8.30am – 4pm being taught by our friendly Resuscitation Council UK (RCUK) accredited instructors in a relaxed, comfortable environment. We will have free refreshments and our team will give you a warm welcome!

Every October, an alliance of partners all over the world, come together to increase public awareness of cardiac arrests and increase the number of people trained in life saving CPR and defibrillation awareness. The sessions will teach basic life-saving skills with the aim to increase survival rates for anyone who suffers a cardiac arrest outside of hospital. At present the survival rate is less than a one in ten whereas in places where CPR is more widely taught, the survival rate is four times that amount so the more people we can train the better!
