Inspired by playground games like British Bulldogs and Capture the Flag, Rabble mixes fitness type training with fun and social team games! Making fitness so much fun, you don’t even realise you’re working out. Our games are open to all, no matter what your experience. We’re a super social crowd, playing hard on and off the field. Our sessions run at The Grange School, Wendover Way, Aylesbury, HP21 7NH. Every Tuesday from 7.00 - 8.00pm in the Schools Sports Hall, located at the back of the school.
Directions:
Take the path to the right of the school along the bus lane and turn left into the playground behind the main building. You will see an Orange Rabble Sign near the far end of the playground. Sessions run for an hour and include:
Warm Up Game: Designed to get your pulse raised and ready for the main game
Main Game: A fun game to challenge you: Play as a team, beat your opponents win the points
High Intensity Game: A high intensity game to get your heart racing
Cool Down: Stretch and relax after the session
Photo & Social: Photos of the group which are shared with anyone who attends, along with info on any upcoming social events

How are we keeping you safe?
There will be some equipment sharing (e.g. for ball games), with all players asked to santize beforehand and afterwards, while also asked to avoid touching their face
Players are advised to wear a mask if travelling to the venue via public transport. To reduce your impact on the environment, please walk, run or cycle if you possibly can.
If you are experiencing any of the known symptoms of Covid-19, if you have been in contact with anyone who has recently experienced symptoms, or if you or any member of your household has been asked to self-isolate, then please inform me immediately, stay at home and follow the latest government guidelines (self-isolate, get a test etc.)
