Sadly the Post Office within TGJones, Aylesbury has taken a nose-dive with queues extending like never seen before, where customers wait 35 approx on a daily basis. It is patently obvious the new manager has no understanding of how the system works as he is often seen, removing himself from being the only person serving to deal with something elsewhere. Meanwhile disgruntled customers continue waiting.
